What are your shipping methods?

For your convenience we ship by USPS Priority Mail. Please note that our shipping and delivery days are Monday - Friday, excluding holidays. Most orders are shipped within 48 hours. If an item is backordered, we will contact you.

What is your return and exchange Policy?

It is very important to us that you are satisfied with your purchase.

Creative Cleats, LLC. warrantees its products to be free of defects is material and workmanship under normal use and with normal maintenance for the lifetime of the product. This Limited Warranty extends only to the original retail purchaser and does not run to any subsequent purchaser.

If the product fails, we will repair the product or send you as new part free of charge, provided the product has been given reasonable care, has not been used for commercial service, and the damage has not resulted for improper installation, accident, negligence or misuse, or from unauthorized alterations by the purchaser.

If no event shall Creative Cleats, LLC., be liable under this warranty for any amount exceeding the original purchase price of the product. Creative Cleats, LLC., does not under any circumstances assume the responsibility for consequential damages incurred in connection with the use of its products.

This warranty set forth is in lieu of all warranties, whether expressed or implied. Creative Cleats disclaims any warranty whether expressed or implied, with regard to the products sold by it or any dealer, including any implied warranty of merchantability beyond the scope of the warranty set forth above, and except as may otherwise be prohibited by applicable law.

What payments do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover via PayPal. To pay by money order via PayPal please contact us directly and we will send you an invoice via e-mail (providing total amount including S&H fees and address). If you are paying by money order, we will wait for it to clear before shipping your order. Our checkout is secure (SSL). No personal checks accepted.
